uh YEAH these are good.
Wanna know why?
Because they’re the just-a-bit-bigger-than-a-bite-sized version of a Crunchy or Velvet Crumble bar.
And THOSE are good. Wanna know why?
Because they’re super crunchy but melt in your mouth and made with honey and sugar and bicarbonite which makes them filled with air bubbles (though my pic below is ridiculous since it doesn’t show any) which makes them oh so very light. When you bite, they break up into lots of pieces but then come back together as you chew.
These have very good dark chocolate on them, and not a ton, which is right because the chocolate is a highlight – not the central theme.
The Honeycomb Dips are made by Mighty Fine who appear to have a few other fine sweets. These are homemade, from Camden London (one of my favorite cities ever) and dammit they’re great. I couldn’t eat loads of them all the time, and that’s why they get 4.5 and not 5 stars. But these are a great size for snacking and much easier to eat then the large commercial bard I mentioned above.
Go out and support the bees. Buy these Dips, yo.
